PAN-SEARED SALMON
5 OZ Salmon Fillet (wild)
1 tb lemon juice
pepper and sea salt to taste
basil (sprinkle)
1 tb olive oil
Heat a small to medium size skillet on medium heat and add olive oil. Season the Salmon with the salt, pepper and basil. Place Salmon into the skillet. Drizzle with lemon juice and let it cook for 10 min. or until Salmon is a pale pinkish color. Serve with veggies.
I love to eat my salmon with pan fried asparagus and/or brown rice!
