Poppyseed Chicken – Pick of the Week

Ingredients:
5 chicken breast (shredded and seasoned)
1 can cream of chicken or celery
8oz sour cream
poppyseed sprinkled
Topping:
1 stick of butter
2 sleeves of ritz crackers crumbled
1 Tbsp poppyseed
Mix cooked, seasoned and shredded chicken breast with, cream of chicken, sour cream and poppyseed. Place in an 8×13 baking dish. Mix crumbled ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle on top of the casserole. Sprinkle poppyseed on top. Bake on 350 for 20-30 or until sides bubble.
