Three-Herb Drumsticks

THREE- HERB DRUMSTICKS

My mother-in-law shared this recipe with me that she got from a recent article!

Ingredients

8 skinless chicken drumsticks            2 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme

juice of 1 large lemon                             2 tsp olive oil

2 Tbsp chopped fresh sage                    1/4 tsp salt

2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary           1/4 tsp black pepper1 container grape or cherry tomatoes

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Spray large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray.

Place drumsticks on baking sheet. Mix lemon juice, garlic, sage, rosemary, thyme, oil, mustard, salt, and pepper in small bowl; pour over drumsticks and toss to coat. Add tomatoes.

Roast until drumsticks are cooked through and tomatoes and softened, about 40 minutes, turning drumsticks once halfway through roasting time.
